I believe in providing affordable services without compromising on quality. I offer upfront competitive pricing so you know exactly what to expect. My standard hourly rate is $100 for the first hour (my minimum) and then $30 for each additional 30 minutes of labor. Once on site, I might offer a flat rate fee to complete your entire project regardless of time. This is especially true on larger projects where upfront pricing may be necessary, or on standard installation projects such as doors, ceiling fans, or plumbing & light fixtures. (See my Flat Rate Pricing for more info). Also, I am happy to pick up and deliver most material on an hourly rate basis or you can provide it yourself to save on my labor time. All material costs are to be paid by the customer at my discounted contractor rates, you pay what I pay without markup. I strive to deliver exceptional service that meets your needs and budget.
