MY PRICING
I offer you the flexibility to choose between a competitive hourly labor rate or a low flat rate price for your entire project. My standard hourly rate starts at $100 for the first hour, with subsequent labor billed at $30 for every 30 minutes thereafter. Alternatively, explore my Flat Rate Pricing page for fixed pricing options on a variety of home improvement projects tailored to your needs. Regardless of which platform you choose, you will enjoy the convenience of either providing your own materials or having me shop and/or deliver them for you, starting at only $2 per mile plus my time!
PAYMENTS
I accept a variety of payment methods, including most debit and credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Square, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and ACH transfers. Please note that a convenience fee of approximately 3% applies to most electronic services. Personal checks are not accepted without prior authorization, but business checks are welcome. My preferred payment methods are cash or Zelle, both of which are fee-free.

WHO I AM
With 25+ years in the building trades, I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the craft of home improvement. My journey began with an intensive 4 year/8,000-hour union apprenticeship, followed by years of hands-on experience in not only finish carpentry, but plumbing, and electrical work as well.
I founded this business to offer home and business owners a higher standard of service. My background as a NACHI Certified Home Inspector gives me a competitive edge; I see the underlying issues and technical requirements that most contractors simply aren't trained to spot. I am committed to being professional, reliable, and thorough. I treat every project as if it were my own and stand behind every job I do with a full guarantee.
